Fees
My standard fee is $125 per 50-minute session for psychotherapy or hypnosis. I also have reduced fee services available on a limited basis.
Insurance
I do not accept any insurance, but I will provide you with a Health Insurance Claim Form which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you would like one.
Payment
Payment is requested in full at the time of service.
