Fees
My standard fee is $60 per hour for psychotherapy or hypnosis. I also have reduced fee services available on a limited basis.
Insurance
I do not accept any insurance, but I will provide you with a Health Insurance Claim Form which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you would like one.
Payment
Payment is requested in full at the time of service. Cash or check - no credit cards are accepted.
